Boot Fitcamp - Weight Loss and Endurance Program

In this extreme weight loss program, you can focus on losing those bothersome extra pounds in a quick and healthy manner. You’ll be challenged to maximize your workouts to lose as many pounds as possible. In this live-in fitness program, we customize the exercise and nutrition regimen for each client to get the best results.

The packages for this extreme fitness camp typically run from four to twelve weeks. 3-4 sessions per week.

Outdoor Sessions: Time: 6.15 am Venue- Meadows  

Alternative afternoon indoor session available (Zumba, Squash, Aerobics and more)

What exercises are included in the program?

We do everything from running/walking , weight training (upper and lower body), core conditioning, abdominal work, exercise to the music, some dance, circuit training and more! Everyday is a little different from the day before so you never get bored and you will get a complete workout every week! Exercises include: push ups, shoulder presses, bicep curls, triceps, kickbacks, squat thrusts, lunges, squats, crunches, the plank, star jumpers and more...

What will you achieve: - You will melt fat, tone up and see you energy levels sky rocket • You will eliminate stress and feel like life’s daily challenges are a breeze • You will become lean, slim and strong • Your body will become a fat burning machine • You will improve your heart, endurance and overall fitness level • You will improve your flexibility and posture • You will be happy to stand naked in front of the mirror • You will look younger, stand taller and feel fantastic.

All you need is: exercise mat, small hand weights (2-3kg), water bottle, trainers. In the winter we suggest you wear layers that you can put on or take off as you warm up and cool down. If it looks overcast bringing a waterproof to keep you dry.

At the start :

We will meet to discuss your goals and our program

We will measure and weight you.

We go through your diet (you will tell us what you eating and when)

We give you Nutritional Advice and we create a Diet just for you.


On the end that you can tell how much fitter and toned you have become. We will measure and weight you again

4 classes per week- £89

3 classes per week- £69

2 classes per week- £49
