Whether you’re new to the game and trying to learn the basics, looking for a one off game with some friends, or hoping to play competitively, we have everything you need. Our aim is to help individuals and groups to learn, understand and successfully play the sport.
Whether you're young or getting on a bit, a beginner or a player feeling a bit rusty, and let's see how we can coach you to improve your game. Don't worry if you've never been on a squash court before, we will guide you through the basics and assess your skills. We will show you training exercises to sharpen up your game and if you are already at an intermediate or advanced level, we will work with you to improve your fitness, skills and awareness of the finer points of this great sport.
Squash is a very sociable game and you will soon meet players of a similar standard, but if you have a friend who would also like to play, why not bring them along for some of 1 on 2 coaching sessions and learn together.
Qualified Squash Coach will running lessons for Beginners, Improvers and Club Players in the Meadowbank Sports Centre.
This will benefit individuals who would like to learn to play squash or are new to the game and are keen to improve.
The training will look to introduce you to the various strokes, techniques and understanding of the rules of the game.
Fee per 45-minute session: £15

It is a great time to meet others players, have a few games, ask about rules, etc
