Fitness Around The World Convention Tickets Registration

I acknowledge that when performing exercise routines or engaging in similarly strenuous
activity, I may suffer injury. I represent to Fitness Around The World that I am in good health and physical
condition and am not disabled, taking medication or suffering from a condition that would
prevent me from engaging in such activities or make it potentially dangerous or harmful for me
to exercise.
I assume the risk and release Fitness Around The World from any liability for any physical or other injury
or harm suffered to me during, or as a consequence of participating or performing exercise
routines or activities. Neither Fitness Around The World, the facility at which these programmes are being
held, nor any other person involved in organising or conducting this event shall have any liability
or responsibility for any such injury or harm.

Fitness Around the World may record part or all of the event and it is possible that you will be filmed, photographed or recorded.

I have read and understand all of the above, I understand that I will be permitted to particpate in the event by agreeing to all of the above.
