Urban Funk is a cool hip hop aerobics dance class that combines urban street dance with traditional aerobics. Is a streetdance concept initially created to allwo class participants of any age, sex or ability to enjoy hip-hop class.

An Urban Funk class is the ideal fusion between stylised dance and exercise to music in that the best elements of both are retained to enable the class to learn choreographen dance routine in a controlled and pre-determined manner that ensures and elevated and maintained heart rate and therefore a workout response on the body. In simple terms Urban Funk gets you fit while you get funky.

Dance isn't always about looking good, sometime its just about feeling good. Dance like no one is watching.
