The Programme will start on 4th April , you can signed up any time for 8 weeks .

What you have to do?
 Just email us or speak to us on the class if you want to start the programme.
Then we will arrange an introduction meeting. On this meeting we will weight and messure you. Also we will disscus your nutrietion goals

Priogramme price: £70 (includes nutrition advices, weekly meal planner, 20 classes card, all required messurments)
